We have new additions
to the BIT team. Please take some time to greet two of our newest staff members,
Nic Penning and Jenna Whipple-Riley!
Welcome back Nic to
the team! He previously completed an internship working for BIT last summer.
Originally from a small town in Wyoming, Nic grew up building and fixing
computers starting at the age of 10. After high school he attended Gillette
College and completed his education at Dakota State University graduating with
a Master’s Degree in Information Assurance with a Specialization in Cyber
Security.In his spare time he enjoys
his full time hobby of long distance running/marathon training.
Jenna joins us to
complete her summer internship program working for BIT. She was born and raised
in Mission, SD. After graduating from high school she began her education at
Mount Marty College in Yankton, SD, later transferring to Mitchell Tech.There she enrolled in the Information Systems
Technology program. Jenna describes herself as an avid gamer, so if you want a
good discussion about a favorite game, she probably has some input!Additionally she reads in her spare time and
enjoys anything superhero related, like comics and movies. During her
internship with BIT she will have the ability to help any and all divisions
that need her assistance. Her goal while interning with BIT is to dabble into
all areas of the I/T world to help her pinpoint the division that she is
